After a major battle all day between my brother and the HPOP we found out that I ordered the wrong one. Apparently my truck is a 4/04 model. The HPOP I ordered came with a new STC and IPR in the box. I now need to reorder the correct HPOP. Is the IPR and STC different from what I have, what I ordered and what I need?
Thank you for your continued support on this forum.
In case I forgot to mention, I hate this truck.

Reason: added info
Still trying to figure out the Scan Gauge II. Bullet proofed the FICM and changed the ICP. Looking to replace HPOP and IPR and STC. Truck has not cold started in years and ran rough at every traffic light idle. Recently had to be towed home twice for refusing to hot start after stopping at a store. Just started replacing all the known to fail parts. My question was is the STC on this production year truck a problem and is the IPR different from the late 04 models?
Yes, there are 3 part number pumps. First two look the same. '05 and newer have a different design and is the only pump to use the dreaded STC fitting.
