Question of the Week: Would you buy a 2014 or 2015 F150 right now?

The 2015 F150 pickups are about the hit dealerships around the country, but there are still plenty of 2014 models available in every major market. This means that perspective buyers over the next few months will have to pick between the steel bodied 2014 F150 and the new aluminum bodied 2015 F150.

Which would you pick if you were shopping for a new F150 right now? Make your pick in the poll above and tell us why below!

I see no reason to jump into a 2015 gen truck until the 10 speed transmission makes it's way to market and both GM and Ford have had some time sell a few of them.

If I were truckless, I'd likely go with the new body but since I'm not, it's neither for me please.

Steel, imho. I picture a shopping cart in a 70mph wind headed tward my sweet new rig. Or the little old lady leaning on her car door to get in thinking it sure seems stable today, as it creases my once flawless Painted/Alum. Corrosion happens, Aluminum gets no great pass on the deal. Check my 04 wheels with the clear powdercoat. Eeck.

Easy.... got a new 2014 two weeks ago.... Wanted the outgoing model year with minimal engineering bugs, and better discount/rebates. Can't afford to buy Lariat at MSRP cost..... With 2014, I'm able to.
