4.6L engine swap HELP
Im replacing my 2004 f150 4.6L engine (windsor) with a 2000 4.6L car engine i think.. well after changing everything from the heads up i go to put on the power steering pump & i cant because the oil filter housing (oil filter adapter) is in the way right over the bolts.. i put the 2004 oil filter housing on the 2000 block because the 04 has 2 connections for hoses and the 00 only has 1 so i figured that is a must change part.. im stuck here is there anyway i can put the 2000 adapter on and bypass 1 of the hoses? What can i do here would like the cheapest easiest option any help would be appreciated.. i literally had the tranny hooked to the engine and on the trailer ready to put in the truck an decided to put the powersteering pump on in the trailer an ran into this problem now im stuck.. also i noticed the pulled on the 2000 power steering pump was made for a smaller belt that's why i think this engine came out of a car.
