I thought about the same thing. Seems way to easy to get all kinds of grime in the inter cooler on an EB without anything there. I understand that it needs good air flow, but it doesn't need a bunch of dust and dirt in it either.
Haven't taken an honest stab at how I would do it though. I'll take a look around and get back to you with something...assuming I figure it out!
not sure what trim level you have and how you want the end product to look, but for about $10.00 at lowes I ended up with this.
I used black plastic gutter screen, triple layered it and zip tied it with the smallest black zip ties i could find. Sorry about the rainy picks, but it's all i have for now.
Thanks, buti can't take credit for it. A former coworker had a mustang with an aftermarket bumper with large grille openings and he actually used brown gutter screen behind his. I didn't even notice it until he told me what it was.
