Have you got the controller for the tuner?
If you have the Diablosports controller you can remove the tune you have on the truck and run it in stock mode.
I'm thinking you have fuel problems . Can read the codes with your tuner?

Okay the P0603 is a KAM error probably disconnected batteries at some time .
P0231 is fuel pump relay curcuit failure.
P0113 Air intake temp.

Are these resent codes , did you clear all the codes before you re scanned it?

The IPR valve solenoid can be heat sensitive. Something about electromagnetic coils - they get weaker when hot and one on its last leg can work when the engine is cold and then not have enough oomph to close the valve when hot.

You need to monitor ICP sensor data and IPR duty cycle and watch it when it dies - if the ICP data is going down and the IPR duty cycle is going up - might be a good indication. If when you are trying to restart it, you can't get to 500 psi, that could be your problem.

But first check the tin nut on the IPR make sure it hasn't fallen off into the valley.
