Question Glasspack question...

Hi all, new to the forum in hopes that someone here can answer my questions about glasspacks. I own a 1999 Ford Ranger XLT Splash. It's a V6 3.0 and I recently had my muff replaced w/a 12" glasspack. I'm curious as to how you can "bust out" glasspacks, and what effects this would have on my exhaust. I bought the glasspack from a friend who chose to remove it from his S-10 to run straight pipes for a louder sound. I love the sound of my glasspack, but now I'm wonderin what kind of sound it would make if it were busted. Louder? Deeper? would it pop when I let off the accelerator? Any answers greatly appreciated!!! - BlackRanger99

Glasspack question...

man i think you would just cause a leak on the muffler which is not a good sound at all.
