Has Ford changed lug spacing?
I can get a sweet deal on some 8 lugs off from a 2014 F250 Platinum. Are they the same lug spacing as a 77 F250? I am guessing not but it's worth a shot.

Ford had the same 8 bolt 6.5" bolt pattern up to the late 1990's then went to a metric 8 bolt 170 mm pattern. The 2014 wheels will not fit.

Ford had 8x6.5" wheels to 1998 F-250/350's, then the 99 Super duties came with 8x170mm. Econolines used the 8x6.5" to the demise of the Econo in 2013.

Sorry Bill, but they are right.
61-98 was 8 on 6 1/2, 99 and up 8 on 170mm in the F250 dept.

8 lug wheels on a 6.50" bolt circle: 1953/98 F250 / 1967/98 F350 / 1969/74 E300 / 1975/2014 E250/350.
F250/350's went to metric wheels in 1999, but no Econoline of any year has metric wheels.
Not all Econolines were cancelled in 2013, Ford still offers the E250/350 "Cut-Away."

Thanks All
That settles that then. I didn't need wheels, they were just available. Thanks to everyone for your help.

One other thing to note, I believe that the 8 x 6.5 wheels were lug concentric, while the 8 x 170mm were hub concentric.

Did GM and Dodge do the same thing; go to 8 x 170mm in the late 90's, or do they still use 8 x 6.5"?
