head unit

my truck right now has stock stereo system speakers and everything and would set up work?

600 WATT 2 Ch Super Blue AMP
Two- 10" 800 WATT Legacy Subs

and what wattage would my head unit be before it it worked properly? and would it sound good?

I dont quite understand what you are asking from your wording.
If you are asking what would work with your power amp, any HU would work Wattage of the Hu would be irrelavent. If you are asking how much power you need for the stock speakers 30 Wts per channel. stock speakers are crap and usually sound distorted at higher volume. I would recommed replacing those OEM speakers before anything else.
