2015 Navigator

Traded in my 2012 Navigator L a couple of weeks ago for a 2015 Navigator L Reserve. So far I have put on about 500 miles and have to report that the truck is definitely a step up from the 2012. The EcoBoost is a fun upgrade that you can feel in your seat when getting into it. The owners manual reports that 87 octane is minimum recommended but if you use 91 you get the extra performance. (I only have had one tank of premium so can not report if the power change is noticeable). Electronic upgrades are day and night over the 2012. From what I can tell it has all the goodies except adaptive cruise and auto dimming high beams. The dash is customizable, My Ford touch is easier to use than the 2012's and the steering wheel controls seem to be more intuitive to use. So far I am very happy with the truck, after driving for a couple weeks there is no way I could be talked into going back.

Out of the box the truck is getting about 16 in town and 18 highway. The owners manual says to drive 1000 to 3000 miles for mileage numbers to settle in so I have a way to go. I will report back if anything changes.
