I have an 84 bronco 2. I am mounting a D44 ttb frontend with 5.13's from Randys ring and pinion. I have a old *** Eaton 1 ton rear axle with 5.14 ratio for the ***. I aquired a 71 F100 and am removing the 302 and c4 auto to put in front of my transfer case. I already have a set of 40" Super Swampers that my father-in-law found at his works shop. Lucky me. I am debating to go with a 5 lug pattern or a 8 lug pattern, and I haven't bought wheels yet. Tires are 16.5s.I am lifting it 3" suspension and 3" body lift, along with a lot of trimming the fenders. Might have to lift more after mounting. I will also be bed lining the interior and a full exo- cage is in the works Have 2 winches (Ramsey) a 5000 and a 8000 both on reciver hitches. Both ends will be lincoln locked. Was wanting to hear about others modifications to their rides.

Uhhhh, well... I, um, put some 235/75's on and slapped in a K&N filter. Then I changed the plugs, wires, cap, and rotor. And this was all before I tackled the fuzzy dice installation on the rear-view mirror. It was a lot of work, but well worth it!

Sounds like all the mods I have done to mine. Whats up with Fuzzy Dice?
Fuzzy dice was a joke. I've done a few things, but all of it seems like nothing compared to the plans that Bigfry has.
FWIW, I've also swapped in the 86/87 throttle body, Explorer leaf springs, Duff Classic traction bars, Explorer HD radiator, a REAL driveshaft (with U-joints), LockRight locker, cat-back duals, lost the rear sway bar and rigged the front for quick disconnect, and probably a couple other little things I can't recall. But no fuzzy dice. Not yet, anyway.
ok well i went the other direction from you guys, however i have alot in the performance of it. 93 stang 5.0, gt-40 upper and lower, gt-40 heads, hooker full lenghts, h pipe w/2 2chamber 40 series NON delta flow flowmasters, 65mm tb, msd ignition, A9l comp. tranny is an AOD thats been built with "better than stock parts" hehe, 2400 stall. 3.73LS 8.8 ring out the back. shaved the whole truck, gt 17s on it. took the 4wd out and converted it to a ranger 2wd suspension. lowered it about 5/7. handles real nice in and out of curves. lol. here are some pics too :E
The bronco 2 looks pretty sweet, I have went that way in the past(lowering) and can appreciate the amount of work it takes to accomplish the transformation you have done. Can't really do that anymore, I live out in the country and I wouldn't make it out of my driveway. Kinda funny. If I had your truck I would have to have kept the 4 wheel drive and put a piece of .25 plate steel along the underside so I could drag it over the bumps to the main road(5 miles away). Just don't think 2 wd would cut it being that low for my road. Looks good, and clean though. Good job.
they are steeda pedals, they are for an f150- but they fit rangers/b2's also. they are on steeda.com like 50 bux.
and the gt logos....well did you happen to notice the motor off in there??? "in theory" its a cobra motor, cuz everything meets a stock cobra specs.....it just doenst have the plate on top that makes it look that way, and im trying to pass it off as a gt. lol.
we have an 1/8th here, so no quarter for me. my friend parker did it in my truck in 8.08. i however did it in 8.73. not as good a driver as he is. lol. still not good on the rt's
its a 93 block, with 2 different years on top. heads are 94-95 stock cobra heads and the upper and lower are from a 96 explorer 5.0.
nah just lay em down on the existing pedal..mark your hole, the drill it out. then you bolt the steeda pedal to the existing pedals, you wont use all the holes. its like 8 possible places and i used 2 per pedal.
