Took the truck in for a oil change and showed the squeek to the service advisor. Much to my surprise they took it seriously and found metal on metal where the ebrake cable runs through bracket. I have not driven the truck very much since but so far so good, when it warms up I will try to figure out what they found and how they rectified it.
