Brothers and sisters, I have been gone for a while, I stupidly traded my girl in on a 2009 Fusion. What a mistake. I have regretted that since the minute I signed the paperwork (even though the car was great). I had moved to San Diego and that granny 4spd was not conducive to driving in traffic (though sometimes it would have been nice I suppose in stop and go...)
Today I remedied that mistake and I will be frequenting the 2009 (I think) and up forum 2014 F150 STX 4x4
We will miss you. You'll have more trucking time but less wrenching time. Depends on what makes you happy.
Sure I will miss wrenching, but between a newer one and an older, the wife made the deciding choice , because who are we fooling. It's about what makes her happy. And time with me makes her happy.

There goes a man with his head on straight. A happy wife is a happy life.

My wife found my pickup and encouraged me to get it. She's a keeper.
Hey, that's my kid's pickup. He absolutely loves it. It even got better gas mileage than our car (that was before the leveling kit and the bigger tires though). You should really enjoy it. Congrats.
Thanks for the support guys. I was at the bookstore last night looking at truck books and came across this photo and I felt another string of regret plucking, not because of the purchase, but because of the previous loss.
