also what year do you have, because I had a 91 with EFI and it's fuel Pumps were Each in a tank

love the simple life bought my 1980 just because of the 1 barrel and the fun of it had a cracked bowel be carful the carb I found for my truck was on an old 4 door granada probably miss spelled every thing but you get the Idea just get the carb with no electric cool have fun

it's an 87 f-150. I'm sure I removed a high pressure pump along the rail, but I never thought it might have a pump in each tank too. Is that likely? I never really worried about it too much after I figured out I wasn't dumping gas on the ground or something.
