Tailight Wiring

I have a 1992 f350 dumptruck. Im trying to wire the taillights. There are 5 wires on each side (Drv) 1 grn, 2 ylw, 2 blk (Pass) 1 ylw, 4 blk. My new taillights have 3 leads, 1 red (lights), 1 green (blinkers/brakes), 1 black (reverse) any help would be appreciated.

PS there is 12v power to both drivers side blk wires and 2 of the four passenger side black wires.

I would cut of the aftermarket crap off that you have till you get to the factory harness.

Brown = running light(paring lights)
Black w/ pink = back up
Green = Left
yellow = Right
Black = Ground

Then there is also a trailer lighting circuit(optional)
