very soon, i am going to be swaping out my stock 302 out of my 69 bronco for an 88 HO, putting (probobly) cobra EFI Massair intake. has anyone tried somthing like this before? tips, tricks, advice? (i have never actually fooled w/ FI, but have done much reserch on it)
Thanks
I just helped install the Cobra upper and lower intakes on an 86 Police Mustang that had EFI that wasn't much to it, we had to change to computer and add a wiring harness for the mass air meter.

Be a little harder on a 69 Bronc, eh?
New pump, lines, afpr, rails+injectors, harness, cpu, throttle cable, all the induction hardware; ie: upper/lower intake, tb, inlet tube, maf, etc.
Lotta money, good install time too. Cheapest way to get started would be to strip an 86 or newer truck/mustang of its harness/cpu and hardware.
you will want to strip a mustang that already has mass air. trucks didnt get mass air till late 94 . it can be done and shouldnt set you back to much at all. do some research on the net , there are lots of people that have gone this route with there early model broncos and are very happy .
