Seat covers, Plasti Dip for badges. Painting the wheels. You can do a lot with lights not just adding more but customizing the ones you have. I will have a supercab rather than a crew cab so I'm designing a leather boot for a rifle that hangs behind the front seats. For hunting (and stuff).
There's a thread here about eye candy and vinyl lettering that's on my list too.
