EOT vs ECT question

My truck runs with ect approx 188-190, and eot 195-197.... While towing up steep hills the highest I've ever seen is ect 215 eot 220... And as soon as I start going back down they cool of very quick.... Before when my cooler was clogged I had 190-230, decided to back flush the system and run vc9 and restore plus... And then back flushed the system and installed a new cooler... Needless to say the vc9 and restore plus cause so much crap to come off that the new cooler also clogged... So that's when I went with the ipr research kit... It's about the same amount of work as installing the cooler except now coolant is filtered 100% before reaching the cooler. No problems out of mine now.
But what intrigued me most is they have tested a secondary external oil cooler, in parallel with the oem filter, with promising results.
If I have to replace mine again, I'm going with an IPR kit.

Flushed the crap out of the system and back flushed oil cooler and heater core separately. no change in deltas still running close to 20 degree difference. Very frustrated wish I had just put a Bulletproof oil cooler in when I had done everything else. I put back the ford gold coolant.
