I have both a '92 and '94 E350, 5.8 and either have the MAP.
But, both are over the 8,500 gvw class.
Someone with the E150 might have it and chime in.
If it does, it's located in the bottom of the air (cleaner) box.
If that's what you mean by - maf.

92 does not have MAF. That feature began in the 94 model year on the 5.0 in pickups and vans. The Mass air meter is located at the outlet side of the air filter box on my 96 E150's 5.8, it would be in the same location on a 5.0
