Yep the 6.4 had the manual option the reason you don't see many is because there was less then 5-6% of all 6.4's where equipped with the manual trans between 08-10.

If you find one its probably the strongest version ZF6 you can find.

My transmission just starting to shift weird right after I did the programming though...no codes.

My FIRST tank of fuel with no trailer I received an extra 220+ KM to the tank. Enough said.

Does anyone offer a complete "kit" i.e EGR delete, DPF delete pipe, tuner and ALL the required parts and hardware?

Mine is just about out of warranty and I plan to go the delete & tune route but I don't want to order the DPF delete pipe from company 'A", the EGR delete from company "B" and the tuner from someone else.

There are many companies that offer the required parts and tuners to do the deletes. Just go on Google and type in DPF Delete and they will pop up. To my knowledge no company manufactures every component required to delete. But the aftermarket retailers all offer what you need. You should be able to order everything you need from one retailer.

220 X .6 = 132 So, approximately an extra 130 miles.

I save $55 per tank, fuel up twice third is completely paid for from savings. (100 litre tank).

That is not entirely true.
While the transmission might have a stock calibration, the line pressures and shift information is based on several inputs from the PCM. Since the tuning for the engine is now new, the transmission will be getting slightly different information to base it's shifting from.

Chances are, it will figure itself out, as the transmission "learns" as you drive. There are some ways to make it learn faster, like wide open throttle runs.
The factory system adjusts itself for clutch pack wear, driving style, etc. Chances are that all will be fine just after driving a bit.

Is it just a shift flare? Like when it doesn't shift fast enough, or is it binding and stumbling?

This would mean he improved 3-4mpg ....

I'd say 1 - 2mpg improvement would be more realistically achievable

Browndog, I loaded the 70 hp tune from my Gearbox Z DPFR+ and picked up 3-4 mpg highway. I was getting 15.5-16 mpg highway stock and am getting 18.5-19.5 highway with the tune. I even hit just over 20 mpg a couple of times. So it's doable. A lot hinges on how you use the skinny pedal. That's calculated. I don't know what the lie-o-meter says. I never look at it.

Brown Dog, I picked up 3.5-4 mpg with the 70hp tune from my Gearbox Z DPFR+ tuner. I was getting 15.5-16 hwy stock and am now getting 18.8-19.5 mpg hwy. I have hit just over 20 MPG a couple of times, but that's not the norm. That's all hand calculated. I don't know what the Lie-O-Meter says as I never look at it. So it's possible. A lot of it has to do in how you use the skinny pedal.
