As Promised...
Here is a small tease of the engine I built for my truck, We were tuning the FAST EFI system, Overall 8.5/10 score. Great system but very tedious, Was a pretty simple install if you have all the tings you need going in...

Its actually not bad at all, I had calculated 19 MPG combined the engine is bored 30 over with a mild street cam. I haven't done any pulls but I'm guessing a little over 375 HP
