I got mine from National Parts Depot. It wasn't that exact shroud, but you might check there.
Also, get the engineering number (like D5AE-3523-J ((made up)) and type it into google. It should bring up a few other sources as well.
The Ford part number on the shroud is D3TZ8146D. Dennis Carpenter Ford ( his Ford dealership) shows as having 463 of them in stock. 1-800-476-9653.

Thanks! I ordered one from him a couple weeks ago and it still hasnt shipped (they are behind). They were the only vendor I could find that had them in stock so it was my best bet.
