Turbo squeal
My 6.4 has a loud squeal at around 2500 rpm apparently a leak from my turbo system. I found a rust hole in the duct that goes to the bottom of the driver side of my intercooler. There also appears to be a little oil coming from the hole. Could this be where the squeal comes from?? Also would I be able to just weld a patch over this area or should I replace the whole part? I'm a metal fabricator so welding a piece on shouldnt be a problem.
