5star Tuning

Am I missing something? I just got it in the mail today when I got home from 5star. Hooked it up.

when I go to program vehicle, it says Stored Tunes-6.8L Super Duty. Then it says Custom Tunes-No Custom Tunes.

I am pulling camper at 5am and really wanted to use it. Should I just try the stored tune? Or just wait until somewhere here tells me how to use programmer.

Don't know the answer to your question. Perhaps someone will chime in with experience but if you send Mike an email and he will probably respond tonight.

Did you talk to Mike about the tunes you wanted. If so then they would be in stored tunes. Or did he send you a tuner and he will email the tunes later?

Ya, I talked to him about it and gave him my PCM code, so I figured they would have been on there. But I could be missing something, I normally do.

I called the 5star but it was after like 5 so they probably were gone. Just sent him an email.

WOW!!!! Jacob at 5star already emailed me and is working on the tunes now!! They have great customer service. Cant wait to load the tunes and haul the camper in the morning

So I got my tunes emailed to me, downloaded to computer, then the tuner. Ready to go. Thanks so much again 5star.

they have great customer service but what happened with the tuner when it showed up? why no tunes

not really sure. I didn't ask. after I started getting emails last night and gave Jacob all my info. I went to bed and woke up with all the tunes in my email. 10 minutes later they were all on the X4. Also, got a phone call from Mike as a follow up today.

Biggest problems I have now... Where to put my SCT sticker, and why I don't have any 5STAR stickers
