Hello,
Should I change the fluid in the diffs at 60K?
Should I change the trans fluid?
Should I replace any sensors?
Any advice would be appreciated, thanks.

Just follow the recommendations of the owners manual, it's conservative and safe. The tranny, engine and diff have very close tolerances, so fresh fluid is a plus for longevity, however, no need to change it more often than necessary, as that is of no advantage and raises cost of operation.
