Help me ID this component.

Hello,

I've got a 94 Ford E250 with a 4.9L engine. Today when I had the dashboard apart I noticed a metal, box with some electronics connectors mounted on passenger side just above the heater box. I have no idea what this is, can anyone help me ID this component?

If you have 2 metal boxes on the passenger side, behind the knee panel, the one to the right is the rear ABS control unit.
