I'm Tim and I'm the new guy.. I just got a 99 f350 super duty super cab and it sounds like its only running on 4 cylinders with a loud clunking noise until after 1500 rpm and it isn't noticeable after that.. Don't know what's going on and its real depressing because I want to drive it so bad but I don't want to make the problem worst.. But the acceleration is real slow when you hit the fuel peddle as well.. Please help.. Could the ICP sensor be doing this?

Also has check engine light on as well and the guy before me said that it's throwing codes for the ICP sensor
I will start by unplugging the ICP and see if that does anything but if not, I'll go straight to the valve cover and see if the uvch is the corporate. I appreciate the help very much guys.

I'd start by seeing exactly what codes it has stored. The codes are going to give you a map to follow. An ICP code most often doesn't mean the sensor is the problem.

That's true.. I just unplugged the sensor and still the same problem and the connections on the pigtail look real clean. No oil or anything
Still throwing ses code for injection control pressure sensor.. I do have a bully dog 4 bank 6 position chip installed but if you run through the settings it still operated the same as usual before she started doing this to me.. And the chip was professionally installed so I don't think the chip could be causing anything.. And the truck doesn't seem to be smoking at all either.
Just because it's a professional installed chip doesn't mean it's not the problem. I think just about every one on here will tell you to pull the chip to begin the trouble shooting process. No one knows what all the chip changes and a faulty connection can cause all kinds of problems.
Found out the problem and I'm in the middle of fixing it.. The driver side under valve cover harness was almost disconnected so I'm gonna do that .25 mod I keep hearing about to fix it. Hope that clears my problem up
