My '02 E 350 XLT 15 passenger van has been giving me fits.
The trailer running light circuit has been working intermittently.
My grandson just found an issue in the fuse box under the hood, where the power in that segment of the fuse board has low voltage where the running light fuse is.
Can those individual (Red) segments of the fuse box be replaced?

Reason: Wrong year
I am not going to say you can't, but I have never done it before. I have seen people take apart earlier fuse boxes. It's a little bit of a fiddly kind of job, and you will probably have to go to the junkyard and get a used box for parts.
Most of the time there are very long bolts that go through the fuse box and the very large wiring plug for the harness under the hood. That big plug and the fuse box bolt together with the firewall inbetween. The screws or bolts can be hard to see down in the middle of everything.

Work on a lot of difficult stuff over the years and just pull a 4.6 out of a 150, was easy. This Exp is something else. Probably as difficult as any, makes the Van's seem easy.
