I finally got it downloaded to my laptop at home this weekend. If I get some spare time, I want to create a Table of Contents in the document with clickable links so you can shoot right to the page you want instead of having to scroll through the doc to get there.
The bugger about Drop Box is it's like a folder on your computer. If you take something out of the folder on your computer, that is moving it out of Drop Box online. Google Drive is managed like a separate storage device from your computer.
Since the file was in Drop Box, he might have inadvertently moved the file - thinking he was copying. Moving the file is like cutting it from Drop Box, then pasting it where he moved it to.

Darn, I knew I should have downloaded it when I first saw it. I didn't want to tie up my bandwidth last night, so I came back for it today, and it's gone! That has to be the "quickest" reference document ever made available on FTE. Error 404 in less than 24 hours.
I wouldn't care so much if the lucky ones who did manage to get it downloaded didn't rave about it so much. That just made me want it more. Thanks in advance to the OP for putting together that wonderful document that I'm going to continue to wonder about. i'd love to see it one day.
I saved it to my documents on my laptop and would gladly copy it back here but I don't really know how to do it, I am pretty much a computer idiot. I have done similar operations before but if I don't use procedures often my brain goes into auto-erase.
