Ha! It's already hot down here. I wrapped the expansion valve bulb with insulation tape, so I don't think that that would be the culprit. I do think it's overcharged to some extent, but along with the evaporator being 'bigger' the drier is about double the size of the stock one.

The ac does work it just isn't as cold as I'd like for it to be. I may fiddle withit some more when I get off work.

Update!

My A/C's performance to date has been less than optimal. I was getting around 175PSI high side and 40 or so on the low side. I then doused the condenser with the a water hose and my low side pressure dropped immediately to 25-30 psi and the Evaporator temp dropped to low 30's. I drove the truck around for a while and A/C did good but the longer I drove it, the hotter the A/C got. It never exceeded 70°F but that was a far cry from the 40ish degree temps I was getting right after the water hose.

I'm guessing the system is
a) Still Undersized for 134A
b) Not Getting enough air flow through the condenser
c) Picking up too much heat from the proximity to the radiator

The truck doesn't even think about overheating but I don't have a fan shroud. Still, I can fill plenty of air moving through the condenser with my hand.
