Ford FT heads, calling Bill!
I'm looking to see if Ford ever made any FT heads with combustion chambers in the 68-72cc range. Is there any way to look up what heads should have what chamber cc?
So for I've got these numbers, no idea if they're good numbers or not:
C4TE-A
C4TE-D
C7TE-C
D1TE-FA

Numbers marked on cylinder heads are casting numbers, cannot be cross referenced to Ford part numbers.
6000 group is engine related, 8000 group is cooling related, so the basic head casting number is 6090 not 8090.
Die stamp wears, causing one number to appear to be another.
You also omitted the first two digits of the prefix.

Thanks Bill, is there any other way to identify the heads, short of removing and measuring them?
Do you have info on the various types of FT heads? I may be looking for something that never existed. Ideally I'd like an FT head with a 68-70 CC chamber and a 7/16ths valve stem. A 3/8ths valve stem would also work.
Any info is much appreciated!
