302 tranny help?

302 tranny help?
I have a '69 bronco half cab I wanna swap the 170 6 cylinder for a 302, I wanna know if it will bolt up to the tranny in it, my grampa replaced the stock tranny with a 4 speed on the floor.. Here's the info off the one he had put in:
TB 11 06
D9TA7003 LA FE 11
6 15 79 1 435
Side of tranny : C-96391-S
The work order says it's an NP 435..

Im going by experience. I have 71 f100 with a 302 in it. And I couldnt find any trannys for it. I stumbled across a '78 with a 300six in it and pulled the tranny. It bolted right on. And I havent had any problems in the whole year now ive drove the truck.
