How do I turn off all automatic lights?

How do I turn off all automatic lights?
When I open the door, the parking lights come on and stay on for 1 minute or so.
When I take the key out of the ignition, the dome light comes on for a while.
I hate that!! If I want the lights on then I will turn them on!
That makes it difficult for a stealth getaway when her husband comes home!
