Haven't used that but have used POR15 in the past - can vouch it's incredible stuff. I am ordering a quart along with a can of Eastwood Inner frame rust converter paint for my new 03 6.8l limited. My floor pans are virtually rust free and frame just has light surface rust - pretty incredible really and want to keep her that way!
Actually works as both - directions call for "painting over rust" versus clean metal - years ago painted the head of ruzty shovel - kept it outdoors for several winters, used it quite bit and the metal stayed coated and rust free!
Could I still spray the underside with rust check, waste engine or trans oil for added protection? Or would that just lift the POR15? This is the first winter I've had my Ex. It has never been sprayed with anything and is relatively rust free. I'd really like to try and keep her that way as long as possible.
