Ive read in forums that the dash, parking and taillights can all go out at once if the ??? Module goes out but im having a different issue. Just my front parking lights go out.sometimes just till the next time I drive or currently they havent worked for the last 3.days. turn signal still works, Taillights, dash lights etc, just the inner and outer front parking bulbs randomly dont light up?
Have you added LED replacement light bulbs to front or rear?
Yeah I knew it was something like that just couldn't think of the letters. I added some spyder led taillights but havent had any issues and no hyper flash etc. If I remember correctly I had the issue before the taillight swap.
I got the hyper flash from adding a pair of LED 3257 bulbs in the rear. What do you know about this? If it can cause damage I need to get them out quick.

Its just a nuisance, I drove my old jeep for awhile like that and this truck actually had led bulbs in the stock lights that caused hyper flash. As far a the tj jeep fix I modified the oem flasher relay following the directions from led taillights I bought, or in the same area you find led bulbs in the auto part stores there is some in line resistors you can wire in, havent used them but I know they work. They may also make a different flasher relay for our Ford's as I know they make them for tj jeeps now.the taillights I bought have the resistors built in so I didnt have a issue after the swap.
There is an open recall for "multifunction switch" for overheating and losing headlamps, brake lights, and directional turn signals. May not be your concern.
Anyone? Someone has to have had this problem. Could it be the headlight switch even though everything else works and the taillights and dash lights come on in the parking/running light position? All bulbs are new as I just did a 05-07 front conversion, no crazy aftermarket bulbs, just sylvania amber parking/signal bulbs and some sylvania headlight bulbs.wiring is all good shape and clean and the truck only has 113k.

I just had the truck to a dealer a little over a month ago for a full inspection and they didnt say there was any recalls but I'll double check.
Id have to look, but I got whatever the bulb chart on here/sylvania said. Why would the outer mini bulbs quit also, keep in mind they still work as hazards/turn blinking, just not running lights.

There is no such recall for a 2002 Super Duty.
LEDs won't have any effect on the running (parking) lamps.
The GEM module has nothing to do with the running lamps.

If the rear running and license plate lamps continue to operate normally when the front ones go out, that eliminates the headlight switch as a potential concern.

Uh, what did that entail?
Nothing with the wiring besides a headlight bulb conversion plug, otherwise a bumper, grill, header panel, and some harley headlights.
No wiring was touched, cut, spliced etc.
