It's probably a loose connection, perhaps due to the conversion, perhaps not.
There's absolutely nothing unusual about the factory wiring circuit for the front running lights, they're just wired in parallel with the rear ones. A very simple lighting circuit.

Nothing changed with the wiring besides a headlight plug conversion harness and that was plug and play. The running lights/signals were removed from the old and in to the new, all oem was reused
Im really stumped. Took both headlights out to check the connections, everything was good and clean as I already knew it was.tried different bulbs, not that it matters since I could see all fillements were good. Still no front running lights, I just dont get how everything including the flashers works with no signs of any issues.
Just for diagnosis remove the conversion plug and plug the original HL's back in and see if the other lights work. Or at least unplug the conversion plug at the factory plug.

I did, those would only effect the headlights though.I had it all out yesterday and tried a few different things.
So the lights and wiring were put back like they were originally and the park lights still did not work? Interesting.
Yep, everything stock anyways besides the conversion to h13 plug and thats very common with our trucks with the 05+ headlights, I bought the good adapter just so I wouldn't have to cut or splice anything, like I said though that would only effect the headlight bulbs.everything was working for weeks after all that anyways.
Ive undone everything ive touched, Taillights, 3rd brake lights, headlights etc and checked for operation each time I undid something.still nothing. Like I said I didnt touch any wires anyways besides twisting out the sockets and putting them in the new housing.
How do I troubleshoot the brown wire in the front, where does it stop/start? How do I troubleshoot the switch or do I assume its ok since it turns on the rear running lights? Do I trouble shoot the gem? Dealer was no help with suggestions besides disconnecting the batteries for awhile? I really want to get this fixed before the rainy/cold season starts since my truck does not fit in the garage?
You can voltage drop test the wire or just run a new one along side it and connect on both ends of the old one. If the wire gets hidden inside a loom of wires you may need a factory wiring schematic to trace them.
