Group Buy - Console Vault

I contacted Console Vault and they have a quantity purchase discount program. Please let me know if you are interested. I dont have specific numbers yet, units purchased/amount of discount, but I figure if we can get them a number, they will be open to giving me a price.

Remember, this is not just for guns, its just a general lockbox/safe for your truck. I plan on keeping my wallet and phone in it when I play hockey.

So if you're interested, please post OR PM and I will keep a list. Once we get numbers, I'll post the email reply's from them and we'll set up the order/ship process.

UPDATE: Talked to the CV people. Discounts are as follows:

We need to get 25 people to get a discount. I currently have 15.

The order will be for 2000-2005 Excursion consoles (and similar F series) with key lock. Variations not allowed. I cant quote the price but there is a decent savings.

Yes, These work great for any valuables when out and about. If someone happens to break into your truck, there is no way they are getting inside this thing. That is unless they remove one of the front seats and cuts a whole in the side of the console. I have the key lock option and I kind of wish I had gotten the combo lock because then I wouldn't have to worry about misplacing the key.

Once installed, the usable space inside the console measures 11.5" x 13" x 8.5" tall. When the lid to the safe is closed, there is roughly 2.5" of usable space between the lid and the top of the console. I can still set cellphone, and hand radio and still able to close console.

Here are several pics for reference:

I can leave the key in the lock and still close the console lid fully.

I do need to adjust the lid just a little bit, after soundproofing the truck and reinstalling the console, the lid of the vault rubs the side of the console slightly.

It mounts using your stock mounting points and bolts. Very quick and easy to install.

I have had this installed since last October. If anyone has any questions about it, just ask.

What do you think they will cost? My heavy duty finger/button safe was under $100

Combo lock is the same price. They now have a digit lock as well for an extra cost.

Correct, the combo is a 3 digit like on a suit case and the 4 number is the button style. I'll make sure to get prices for either option.
