04 V10 won't start

Tried starting the Ex for the first time in two weeks and it won't start -- no starting problems before. Battery is 4 months old and fully charged.

When I try to start it electrical power is there (gauges act normal) but no crank at all -- motor does not turn over. Its acting like a switch or some electrical connection is bad. I tried moving the gear selector around to make sure it is in Park....... also tried starting it in neutral but no luck.

I am very ignorant when it comes to solving electrical issues so please offer some suggestions -- easy ones first hopefully something simple will solve issue.

Thanks for your time.

Found some trouble shooting tips online so please confirm if I did this right or not.

This is what I did so far:

-- checked the 2 bolts for tightness under the dash to make the shifter is
engaged properly .....bolts are tight

-- Checked the starter relay by swapping with others.........still no start

-- Checked the neutral safety switch, wiggled it around, checked connection, reverse light came on, placed Ex in neutral no start

-- Checked for power to the constant hot big cable from the battery.......power is there

-- Checked to see if I have power to the starter solenoid from the
ignition switch:
using a test light, I touched the small wire (ignition wire) on
the starter solenoid while my wife turned the key as if she
was starting the Ex. Light came on the test light which
tells me there is power to the solenoid and the starter
needs a replacement.

To all the experts please CONFIRM that what I did definitely proved that I need to replace the starter.

Found this starter on ebay: Pls let me know if this is a good choice. If not please let me know what's a good one.

Thanks for the help.

How many starter bolts are there on the Ex? I can only see 2 bolts when laying on the ground. Is there one on top? Not sure how to access that bolt since the exhaust header is on the way.

Anybody please confirm and answer my questions. I obviously don't want to buy the starter if not needed.

I need this fixed asap.

Thank you.

It's 3 bolts, I've heard the top one is a pita... I had one replaced in my previous EX.
