New Owner, Need Explanation?
What is the deal? I am the owner of a new 2003 F-250 SD 6L Powerstroke. So far the truck seems great. Just have one question.
The frame and structural crossmembers are all coated with some type of oil. There is an oily surface that collects dust. It appears the steel is painted, but has a layer of oil over it. So even and neat is the application, I thought the frame and crossmembers were coated with some type of undercoating. All surfaces are collecting dust equally, tops, bottoms, sides. Just like a purposeful application. Can anyone explain?
