The emblems, lack of FORD lettering on the hood, and the blue oval in the grille make this a 1982 or a 1983.
Since this truck has the 5x4.5 lug pattern, this means it has power brakes, and a GVWR of less than 5,000. 1980-1983 F100's with manual brakes received the 5x5-1/2 lug pattern, as did F100's with power brakes AND a GVWR over 5,000.

The rattle can flat black paint job, Ranger/Bronco II wheels andtwo beds tell me that there is a good chance that this truck has been cobbled together over the years.
It is 37-ish years old. Who knows what kind of life it has led.
