hood insulation re visit
my 06 6.0 came with out hood insulation, at parts counter they say not serviced
I'm pretty sure older SD hood insulation will fit
kinda looks odd not seeing it with all the holes there, kinda like was in a crash and didn't put one of cause to cheap
my parts guy says not to put it on cause they left it off for a reason
was wondering are there negatives to putting one on? to much heat retention?
gets in way of 6.0 motor?
won't take the heat?
????
or just a cost savings move by manufacture?
