4.2 starting issue

4.2 starting issue
2002 f150

Every 10th or so starts it takes 10-15 seconds to crank

No codes

Changed upper and lower intake gaskets, iacv, crankshaft sensor, plugs, wires, injectors, o2 sensors, coolant temp sensor, about at my wits end
PLEASE HELP

Btw it has 120k on the clock, I've owned it since 90k, done this since I've owned it

Dose the 4.2 have common vacuum leaks that I might have missed?
