Hard starting
I've got an '88 with a 5.0 that's been starting hard... both hot and cold. I've replaced plugs, wires, cap and rotor and the battery is good. Somebody said it might be the O2 sensor so, I replaced that as well. When I go to start it , it turns over for a while and when it pops over there's a strong smell of gas. After it warms up the check engine light comes on. I pulled the codes on it and a couple came up with the engine coolant temp out of range and HEGO indicating a lean system. Any ideas?
