6.0 hot start issues

Ok new to this so bare with me. Got a 6.0 diesel. Has arp studs, oem gaskets back in, coolant filter XDP, oem oil cooler, sinister egr delete, and sct livewire ts tuner. Usually in street mode. Also has revised stand pipes and dummy plugs as well as the STC fitting. Revised fuel spring. Running rotella T6 full synthetic. I pulled up to drive thru. Turned off my truck. And there it was. No start. Left it. Came back next morning. And cranked right up. Had hot start issue ever since. It's throwing a code for icp too low. And icp cranking too low. Icp is at 250-280 cranking. Once started it's at 580 idle. But very irratic. Shop told me it's the seals on the hpop. 1,300$ to fix. Sound about right?? And was wondering how to test the low pressure oil pump. Shop said its weak. Cause they took off the oil cap and cranked it and levels rise slower than he liked. Sound right??

What are the ICPV's at KOEO? The seals on the oil rail nipple cups can also go bad. 05' and up HPOP's rarely fail. So I wouldn't install a new one based on what you've stated here, I would perform an air test of theHPO system.

I do not know. But they aren't replacing the hpop. Just a seal that's somewhere down there.

What year is the truck? It could be the STC fitting at the pump, or stand pipes/ Dummy plugs. there are updated pcs for both of these.

Could be the ball tube seals if it's a 04.5-07

As I said before I have already had all pipes and STC fittings revised. Shop called yesterday and they are replacing them again. Which I feel is just throwing parts at it.
