I have been pre-registered since March with my '54 F-100. I understand that almost 6,000 are pre-registered. If you've never been, you need to put this on your bucket list. Dennis Gage is there every year. Danny Koker(Counting Cars) and some of his guys are back again this year. He also has his band there for a show (I think on Thursday night). The show is from Oct. 5 thru Oct.12. Hope to see lots of y'all there!! Steve

Steve...seems as though the gods are against us meeting up... I'm working a maintenance outage at a Hydro plant till mid November and its 7-12s till then I'm on my 22nd day now with about 58 more to go... I'd much rather be at Biloxi with yall.... sooooo maybe next year... haven't we been trying this since the first Knoxville Supernats ???
John, It was the 1st F-100 Supernationals in Knoxville when we met. Seems as if every time we plan to meet, something happens to prevent it. We are still undecided about Supernats next year. After getting soooo close in 2013 only to have the transmission go out, we really want to finally enter our truck before we get too old to travel!! Sooner or later we're going to get everything aligned and we will get together. How's the '53 coming along? Too much working time, too little playing time! Later, Steve
It was awesome. About 7200 registered cars and I'd guess another 2000 unregistered. Weather was good, no rain all week but it was HOT. I got to talk with Dennis Gage from My Classic Car, nice guy. The Count from Counting Cars on History Channel was there too but I'd didn't feel like standing in line for 2 hours for a picture with him. Had some pinstripes done on the truck by Joey Houtson from LA. Did a nice job.
I am not sure where this show is going to go. The traffic on HWY 90 is getting insane. It took me over 2 hours to drive from D'Iberville to the coliseum (about 5 miles) for the swap meet. If it gets much bigger it's going to turn the Mississippi coast into a giant parking lot. But, I'll be back next year. One of the best car related get togethers in the U.S.
We had a great time. Not as many folk showed up as we wished but those who did were welcome. It was comfortable in the shade & the breezes were cool. Food was great, drink was tasty, friends were affable & fun. Watched thousands of cool cars, trucks and a few whatzits (see below) from our location.
I strongly suggest making early reservations for maximum price savings and availability. Hope to see you next year.
