Cab swap
My dad has an 80' cube van. The cab is rotting out pretty bad, but the rest of the truck is in rediculously good condition, even for New England weather. How hard is it to swap the cab and put another cab on it?

It's just a matter of unhooking everything, removing all the good parts, finding a replacement, getting them changed (you'll need something that can lift & move that much weight), and putting everything back in. I did my truck alone with a broken collarbone & my father's front-end loader, and it's MUCH bigger & heavier than that. That's the tractor almost hidden in the shadows.
