Windshield for '53 F-100?
Stupid lawnmower threw a rock at our truck on the way home from the Michigan Nationals yesterday so.....
Does anyone know where I can get a replacement windshield for our 1953 F-100?
I've called our local glass dealers and they can't find one for a pickup but they can find a windshield for a '53 panel delivery. Does anyone know if this is the same windshield? Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Check with Obsolete ford parts, Sacramento vintage, Mac's and the other suppliers. I found some in some of their catalogs and was surprised at how relatively inexpensive they seemed. About $200 if I remember correctly.

there is an article in this months (8-03) issue of Custom Classic
Truck, page 56 on installing a mail order windshield.
A company called "The Glass House in San Dimas, Ca will sell and ship ups to you. The article was on a Chevy truck but bet they sell Ford as well... worth a checkout

I got mine from an outfit in Paducka Ken. Can't remember the name now but they always have a booth at the Supernationals
