wanted to post this from FS 2500 bypass filter website on 7.3L engine for ports to bypass and return to engine.
They are showing one up by the filter head area going to the large plug show as #2 on the other photos as the return.
FS-2500 :: Ford F-250 thru F-550 7.3L
not sure if there is a difference just showing what these guys show for hooking up bypass.
I reading it seems the large plug #2 is a 5/16 square drive which is somewhat hard to find around town.. "_)

For the 5/16 plug, I used a 3/8 extension and ground it down to fit.

nice to see that good pic or the ports. I got a 2" long bit of key stock 5/16 I was going to try to unscrew the plug with my cresent wrench, but thanks for for tip.
