About to purchase a 2010 F250 CC FX4 tonight. I'm moving on from my 2001 F250 with a V10.
I've been reviewing these forums for a bit and see there is a lot of good information.

I picked this up with 64k miles.
Am really excited. My first diesel since I had an old Dodge D50 with a small 4 cylinder.

 

This will be a completely different animal, drain that water separator, use a good fuel conditioner, and keep the filters and oil changed regularly. Use OEM filters only!

^^ What he said, i havent had mine to long but those 6.4s are great trucks. Especially if your going to delete and tune it... BEAST!! But that maintenance is KEY. Dont get lazy or that truck will turn into a nightmare!
