2004 Ford Ranger

I am getting the code P2270 on a 2004 ranger 4.0 4 x 4. What icome up with was a misfire on cylinder 2. Can anyone help me with this. I have replaced MAF,and all 02 sensors. Coil pack, plugs and wires. All I have left is injectors.

Code says down stream o2 sensor bank 1 is stuck lean. Check for vacuum leak(s) if none show up check wiring to o2 or replace it.

Lets think about this some more. I believe P2270 is cyl bank 1, sensor-2 = the after cat converter O2 sensor on the passenger side, is lean, so since you don't have a lean code for O2 sensor 1, look for an exhaust leak upstream/in front of, the passenger side after cat converter O2 sensor.
