Yes I agree that he does seem to contradict himself there but there's always a chance... do we have anyone in that area that could do some recon.?

Found '77 SC in the SLC area for $1300 that looks really straight as far as I can see in the pic collage they have up, text to see if they still have it to see if I can get some better pics. but that's a good jaunt from where I live...

The photo of the 76 is NOT the same truck that is for sale. I have a bad feeling about that one.

The 78 Super Cab looks like it has a lot of potential and worthy of a offer.

Interesting, cap is from a shortbox, mirrors dont match, grill is broken, scab marks where the emblems should be, looks like rust on driver side rocker panel and it looks like overspray on tires. Yuuup just like in the picture, good thing he's only trying to pull our legs and not our pissers. Oops did I type that or did someone read my mind.

1st truck pic has slotted mags rims 2nd pic is rusty white spokes.
1st truck pic has race trac painted white pattern part, 2nd pic complete white lower half with chrome fender pieces.

2ND PIC TRUCK IS 2WD.....

Clean it all you wan, you can't make it 4wd...well with enough spare parts, time and $ and a oxy torch and good welder you can almost make it fly.

Not your fault at all. I have seen so many ads where a person puts in pics from Hot Rod, Trucks and custom trucks mags as to "how the vehicle could look like" it isnt funny. Ask us about Tyler Speth and his factory original one offs. Or 500 pounds of bondo rust free bondo Bettys, rebuilt motor that was only preassure washed, never in an accident but has warped fire wall. My crack head neighbour who convinced another brain dead that the 429 in his truck was the one he built for Richard Childress the year Kevin Harvick used it to beat Mark Martin in the Daytona 500. The dust is still settling from all the burn outs and brake stands they did in the back alley. These gems are all out there just waiting to be bought by someone. If anything THANK YOU for the heads up
